AwareAskApply

The AI media buyer that reads your accounts and acts on your word.

Not a dashboard — a verdict. Adgent reads Meta and Google as one brain, checks the platforms' numbers against your real revenue, and applies the fix the moment you approve.

A senior media buyer's judgment, 24/7, at a fraction of the salary.

Why did Meta ROAS drop yesterday?
Spend held flat, but CBO_CORE_US pushed 38% of budget to Audience Network at 1.1× while feed sits at 4.2×. That's the drop. You told me last month to protect feed ROAS above — so the exclusion I've prepped keeps it there.

Intelligence + memory

The difference between a tool and someone who knows the account.

The client who will not run video. The market that looks unprofitable and is not. The suggestion you have now rejected four times. None of it is in the ad platforms — it is why a new hire takes a quarter to become useful, and why generic AI still sounds like a stranger on day ninety.

  • Learned, not configured. No setup screen to abandon half-filled. It picks rules up as you say them, shows you what it heard, and holds it only once you confirm.
  • Week eight reads differently from week one. The rejected suggestion stops arriving. The number you actually judge on becomes the default. The brief gets shorter because what it knows is no longer re-argued.
  • Yours, and cross-platform. Your rules follow the brand across every platform you connect — and a limit set in July still stops a change proposed in September.
Adgent · learning
In the background · nothing to manage
You, in chat“Don't scale anything past €500/day without flagging me — we've been burned by fast ramps.”
Adgent will remember this on every campaign
You, on a suggestionRejected “merge prospecting + retargeting” — again.
Noted — it won't suggest merging these again
You, in chat“Judge everything against GA4 revenue, not platform ROAS.”
Reports now reconcile to GA4 first
You never set this up. Adgent learns from how you talk to it — and doesn't forget.

The 3A loop

Aware. Ask. Apply. One loop.

Three layers of an analyst's job, in one product — awareness to know, conversation to dig, execution to act. Control stays with you the whole way.

01 · Aware

Intelligence

Adgent watches every account overnight and writes the verdict before you're awake.

  • A Daily Brief ranked by impact
  • A single health score per account
  • Anomaly detection across Meta & Google
02 · Ask

Conversation

Ask anything, at any level — and get an analyst's answer, not a chart to interpret.

  • Question any ad, campaign or account
  • Placement & demographic audits on demand
  • Generate a custom report from one message
03 · Apply

Execution

When you're ready, act from the same chat — the fix applied where you found it.

  • One-tap fixes applied from chat
  • Build cross-channel campaigns by message
  • Every change tells you if it can be undone — before you approve it

Built from a sentence

Ask for it in chat. Adgent builds it.

One conversation: it plans the quarter, builds the campaigns, watches them, and assembles the dashboard you read them in — from your live account data, and nothing launches until you approve it. And when you change your mind, it puts the change back.

The blind spot

The platform can't see the number that decides it.

An ad platform optimizes toward what its pixel can measure. It never sees your cost of goods, your margin, or what a customer is worth on the second order. So when it finds a campaign that converts cheaply and loses money on every order, it does the logical thing: it scales it. Nobody is asleep at the wheel — the dashboard is green, the target is met, and the report is correct on its own terms. That is the expensive part.

it wakes up
Platform lens What the pixel measures
ROAS 3.2×healthy

Conversions are up and return on ad spend is above target.

Verdict: scale it
Ground truth What your business knows
Margin negativeon this cohort

The volume is discount-driven. Thin contribution per order, and these buyers rarely come back.

Verdict: stop

Same campaign. Two verdicts. Only one of them is looking at your profit — and it isn't the one spending your budget.

Reconciled against your own revenue

Adgent reads GA4 and Search Console alongside the ad platforms, so a report is checked against a source the platform does not control. Shopify reading is the next connection we are building — that is what closes the loop to money that actually landed.

A structural gap, not a feature gap

No optimizer built inside an ad platform can grade its own spend against your margin. It doesn't have the data, and it isn't neutral about the answer.

Judgment, not just another chart

An audit tells you what happened. Adgent takes the position — what to do about it — and remembers the calls you've already made on this brand.

it seals
Trust Gate · one real account, three refusals
It said no. Three times. Before a dollar was spent.
"This pixel can't teach a campaign yet"
Thirty days: 65,042 custom events, 16,404 initiate-checkout — and 4 purchases. Meta's own docs put the floor at 50 events in 7 days [developers.meta.com].Technically possible to build. Nothing there for the optimizer to learn from.
"Your target is unreachable — here's why"
Asked for a ₺250 cost per conversion. The account's own history at the booking stage sits near ₺4,000. At 250 the only reachable thing is a ₺13 micro-lead that clears the target and books nobody.
"I can name the worst segment. I can't act on it."
Asked to exclude the worst device. It ranked them — tablet at ₺39 CPA against mobile's ₺27 — then refused its own finding: the write tool it holds does not exclude devices. It said so, instead of quietly substituting a change it could make. The limit it disclosed was its own.
Trust Gate

The test of a thinking tool: does it ever tell you no?

Anything that only says yes is executing, not reasoning. All three came from one real account, unprompted, before any budget moved. Two show the account's own numbers as the reason. The third is the harder one: asked to act, it disclosed the limit of its own tools rather than swapping in a change it was able to make. A tool that checks this afterwards reports the same facts a month later, once the money has already taught the algorithm nothing.

Creative intelligence

It reads every creative like a strategist — not a tagger.

Creative is the single biggest driver of a campaign's sales — 49%, more than targeting (11%) or reach (14%) [NCSolutions / Circana, 2023].It is also the layer most tools only tag. Adgent reads every live ad the way a senior buyer would — its DNA, the story scene by scene, and exactly where viewers leave. No upload step: it reads what is already running.

it reads
Analyzed · 0:14 video SPRING_LAUNCH_V3
hook · 0:00–0:02 offer on-screen · 0:09
Hook Problem-first Persona Repeat buyer Angle Scarcity Offer 20% bundle
Hold curve61% drop at 0:03

Verdict — the hook lands, the second beat doesn't. Cut 0:03–0:06 and move the offer forward.

Creative DNA

Every ad, decoded: hook, format, persona, angle, offer, visuals and audio — so you can see why a creative works, not just that it did.

Scene-by-scene storyboard

Video ads broken down shot by shot — what happens in each moment, so a weak opening or a slow middle is obvious at a glance.

Where viewers leave

A creative funnel that tracks the hold-curve across your ads — the exact scene where attention drops, so you fix the leak instead of guessing.

Fatigue, verdict-first

It flags the creatives wearing out — before the numbers slide — and hands you a dollar-valued refresh you can apply from chat.

Why Adgent

Analyze or act — everything else makes you choose.

Reporting tools go deep but never touch the account. Platform AIs act, but with no judgment and never on your side. Adgent does both — and remembers your brand. Seven layers sit between a connected ad account and a decision you would stand behind; most tools stop at the audit.

Questions

Good questions, answered plainly.

it answers
Does Adgent change my campaigns on its own?
No. Access is read-only by default. When a fix or a campaign is ready, Adgent prepares it and waits — you apply it from chat with one message. The control is always yours; nothing is automatic.
Which ad platforms does it cover?
Meta and Google Ads, read and reasoned about as one account — and it pulls in GA4 and Search Console so reports are checked against a source the platform does not control. Shopify is the next connection we are building.
What can I actually do from chat?
Ask about any ad, campaign, or account; run placement and demographic audits; generate custom reports; apply prepared fixes; and build cross-channel campaigns — all by message.
What is the Trust Gate?
It's how Adgent stays honest about numbers. If a campaign optimizes toward a value-less event, or a metric is still inside Meta's 7-day attribution window, we flag it rather than report a confident figure. We'd rather tell you a number can't be trusted than pretend it can.
How do I know an agent won't spam me?
Two things stop it. First, the agent has a quiet mechanism built into it, not bolted on: a condition has to hold for several evaluations before it fires, there is a cooldown after it does, and the metric has to recover before the same alert can come back — so something sitting on the threshold does not alert you twice an hour. Second, you can preview a threshold agent against your own account history before you publish it: how often it would have fired, and on what. Adjust the threshold and the answer updates, all before anything reaches you.
Will it really pay for itself?
In our audits, a single account's first pass typically surfaces meaningful recoverable spend — before counting the hours it saves your team. Talk to sales and we'll show you what Adgent finds in your account.
Who is Adgent for?
Agencies managing many accounts, ecommerce brands running their own spend, in-house growth teams, and independent performance marketers — anyone who'd rather talk to an analyst than decode a dashboard.
Free account audit

Put an analyst on your account this week.

Send us your accounts and we'll run the audit Adgent would run — the morning brief it would write, and where it would stop money leaking. No access to spend anything.

  • Connects Meta & Google Ads
  • Reads GA4 & Search Console for context
  • Tells you what it can't answer yet, and why
What you get back

The brief it would write on day one, the leaks it found and what they're worth — and, where the data can't carry a verdict, the things it won't call yet and why.

Findings you can check line by line in your own Ads Manager. No access to spend anything.
